The operating system your next administration inherits
Prophytes replaces the payment app, spreadsheet, group text, sign-in sheet, and disconnected calendar with one accountable chapter record. The convenience is immediate. The continuity lasts beyond one officer term.
Members & officers
Keep a verified roster, review new members, seat officers, and hand the record to the next administration intact.
Meetings & reminders
Schedule meetings, send reminders, take attendance with a QR check-in, and build a reliable chapter record.
Attendance
Members check in with one QR scan at meetings and events. No paper sheets, screenshots, or manual reconciliation.
Dues, gifts & treasury
Collect online, follow financial history, and let authorized officers see what needs attention without chasing members.
Events & ticket sales
Create official events, manage RSVPs, sell tickets, communicate changes, and keep each check-in connected to its event.
Community service
Plan service, check members in and out, and preserve participation records your chapter can carry forward.
Private chapter communication
Keep chapter and organization conversations together with private rooms, group chats, and direct messages.

Belong
Prophytes is built on real connections.
Get vouched for by a member who knows you.
How vouching works
A connection your chapter can trust.
- Claim your profile and select your organization.
- Connect to your chapter and complete your information.
- A chapter member who knows you can vouch for you.
Your chapter reviews membership before you enter its private spaces.
No annual chapter bill
Transparent chapter pricing
Activate the chapter, organize the work, and invite the roster without an annual software charge. A transaction convenience fee applies only when a member pays through Prophytes.

Chapter receives 100% of its set amount0% on dues
Prophytes takes nothing on chapter dues: the member pays the amount the chapter set, and it goes to the chapter's own account. Gifts and event tickets carry a 5% convenience fee added to the payer's total; Stripe deducts its payment-processing cost from that fee and Prophytes receives the remainder.
